Just as the climate a teacher creates affects pupils’ performance, so the climate created by a manager or head of department has a direct impact on the performance of his or her team.
The Team Leader module invites colleagues to answer questions anonymously, to provide team leaders with confidential feedback on their leadership and the team climates they create.

Take a look at the bigger picture preview to see what we can offer you as a school. This gives details of the school manager account which is available to each school that purchases a licence. It allows the headteacher or Transforming Learning project manager to review climate data for the whole school. This data is aggregated to ensure that the confidentiality of an individual pupil or teacher is maintained, while allowing you to share important findings with colleagues and stakeholders.
