Transforming Learning for Teachers
Transforming Learning allows you to work on your professional development through the collection and analysis of feedback from your pupils. It focuses on the underlying forces that contribute to children’s learning and affect their potential to succeed – that is, the teaching characteristics that create a motivating climate in the classroom.
Your individual account is password protected and completely confidential. We will never reveal any of your personal feedback.
This easy to use tool:
- encourages pupil voice initiatives by inviting pupils to answer specific questions anonymously, providing you with confidential feedback on the classroom climate and the learning environment you create
- collates pupil feedback, giving you a unique insight into perceptions and expectations of the learners in your classroom
- helps you interpret your feedback and offers solid, evidence-based development guidance, in response to your pupils’ experiences
- allows you to gather two sets of feedback from different groups, and then retest these groups after a minimum of eight weeks to see the impact of your changes
- supports staff through the process of action planning, providing a complete foundation for professional development that is truly transformational – raising standards and expectations for both teachers and pupils.
